I have been very busy. I apologize for not posting. Part of it is I don’t want to flood peoples’ dashboard with a bunch of reblogs. I am stronger. I have been sticking to my workouts, resting on days I feel I need to. This is mostly thanks to the fitso tumblr community. Anytime I don’t feel like it, I just open my dash and get motivated. Most days I can’t wait to workout. I haven’t lost much weight on the scale but I feel different. Better. It doesn’t bother me. This is not a race. It will awesome if I stick to it. It will come. Thanks.

All is going well. I have been consistent on my workouts. Haven’t had much time to post on here but I have been checking out posts of those who I follow via my phone. They have been an inspiration to me thus far on my journey. Thank y’all for that. This past Friday I almost skipped a day but I fought through and made it happen. I thought about how I could either be sore on Saturday or be sorry. Who wants to be sorry? I saw on Tumblr that people made a “No junk food” June Challenge. I am happy to say that so far this month I have not eaten any junk food. About to go to bed. Have a good night.
I have been busy with the holiday, work and family to get on a computer to add posts and whatnot. I worked out Monday and Tuesday. I think today i am going to change my routine. I have been doing a weight\cardio combo routines. think I am going to alternate weights and cardio. I would like to get some yoga in there but I’ll wait see what time allows.
My first post on this blog. I am on day 14 of this journey. I am 335.8 lbs. I walked around a fair in the heat today so I am taking a break from my workout today. I plan to workout good tomorrow. I am thinking of posting a picture everything I eat to keep track of it all but I don’t know if I will logistically do that. I might try and see tomorrow.
